GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Resident waterpark packages are for Guam residents only. A valid Guam or military ID must be presented upon check in to avail the resident rates.

  • Full payment is required in order to confirm your reservation.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 2pm on the day prior to the reserved admission date in order to receive a full refund. Payment will not be refunded for tickets that are cancelled after the cutoff time. Guests who fail to check in on their reserved date will not be refunded for the unused ticket(s).

  • A valid PHR membership number must be provided in order to guarantee your reservation for pool passes. In case of no show, the pool passes reserved will be forfeited and automatically redeemed by the resort without prior notice. Should we encounter any issues with processing the redemption, a penalty fee following the regular admission rates will be charged to the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

  • A valid gift certificate number, description and value (if applicable) must be provided in order to guarantee your reservation. In case of no show, the gift certificate will be forfeited and deemed invalid.

  • Guests may utilize the waterpark from 09:00 to 18:00 daily. Hours are subject to change without prior notice. Should the hotel encounter any issues with

  • Waterpark admission excludes access to the Swim-Thru Aquarium and Kids’ Club.

  • Towels are not provided. Please bring your own towels to the waterpark.

  • Outside food and drinks, and ice chests/coolers are prohibited.

  • Wristbands are issued upon check in and must be presented to the attendant to access the waterpark. Please ensure that you are wearing the correct wristband color assigned to the specific day of the week. You will be turned away if the wrong color is worn when entering the waterpark. PIC is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. Wristbands are non-transferrable. Any unused wristbands cannot be used for another day. Resell is prohibited.

  • Some activities require reservations and may have a height and/or age limit. Please inquire during time of reservation.

  • All activities are subject to change.

  • Activities or facilities may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or repairs without prior notice. Please contact the resort prior to your visit for any questions regarding changes to waterpark services.

  • Please do not leave valuables unattended. Lockers are available at the Racquet Center on first come first serve basis. PIC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Please be courteous to other guests when using equipment or facilities.

  • The PIC Waterpark is a nonsmoking facility. Please use designated smoking areas.


SAFETY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Safety is one of PIC’s top priorities. Please follow the rules below to help ensure a safe and fun visit at the waterpark.

  • Minors (ages 17 and below) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Clubmates are on site for your safety. They do not replace the supervision provided by parents/grandparents/guardians. We rely on parents/grandparents/ guardians to make appropriate and safe choices for the family and friends they are bringing to the waterpark. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDRENS AND GUESTS’ SAFETY!

  • PIC provides a safe and secure waterpark but as with any other outdoor activity, we ask that you use your best judgment in determining if the activity meets your physical abilities.

  • Pregnant women and those with a history of heart or back problems should not use the slides.

  • First Aid equipment is available at all sports and activity locations.

  • Non-swimmers are required to wear lifejackets at all times at the waterpark.

  • No running or diving in the waterpark.

  • Please note all safety signs found throughout the waterpark and follow safety instructions given by Clubmates.

  • Temporary pool or beach closures may be enforced during unsafe conditions, such as thunderstorms or jellyfish sightings. The waterpark staff will advise guests when it is safe to reopen and use these areas.

Failure to follow rules and instructions can lead to serious injury; if you violate rules and instructions, you may be asked to leave the waterpark.
