Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 2pm on the day prior to the reserved admission date in order to receive a full refund. Payment will not be refunded for tickets that are cancelled after the cutoff time. Guests who fail to check in on their reserved date will not be refunded for the unused ticket(s).
